RMA's Hilborn Gets 2nd at State! |
RMA's, Kamden Hilborn of Helena High, gets some great bar love at 11'6 to secure a well fought 2nd place title at the 2017 AA MHSA state track meet. In typical Montana fashion, vaulters dealt with sun, rain, cross wind, head wind, and tail wind between opening and closing heights. Kamden tied her PR, and big things are in the works for her. Kamden and Katrina Terry (West High) battled hard for the first place spot, with Katrina winning at a height of 11'9 (PR 12'6).
Kamden is a great asset to the Bengals team, scoring points in the hurdles, long jump, triple jump, and pole vault. Being a multi discipline athlete has proven to make her a better vaulter every year. I sense a new member of the 4 meter club by this time next year. Great Job Kam! |
